I have low amh level and thyroid 11.18
Hai i am 23years old married recently i found that i have low amh level its 0.92 and tsh level is 11.18 doctor gave two medicines fr thhroid in the morning and for low amh level night what else should do to conceive and to reduce thyroid level and is it compulsory to use thyroid tablets fr life time plz help me out.... Give evry suggestions to conceive and to be happy.... Now a days i am becoming more worse than before i started fighting fr small reasons also i am not able to control my self

Your condition is reversible.
Generally thyroid gland issues are due to
1. deficiency of magnesium, vita b12, zinc, iodine, vita c, vita b2, vita b3, selenium, iron, vita d, vita A.
2. Non conversion of t4 to t3 ( mainly due to sluggish liver)
3. autoimmune condition ( mostly related to wheat and diary)
In current medical treatment, focus is on elimination of the symptoms but underlying condition is not looked into. As you can see, finding ans to above 3 mentioned problems lies in good diet and detox.
