I have jaundice and also got cold now.

Asked for Male, 43 Years

Although had jaundice 15 days back and sgpt had come to 222 from 2400 and billrubin has come down to 2.1 from 7.2 now. I have cold now, pls advise what should I eat and what to avoid. I have also lost 8 kg weight.
