Sir I'm going to age of 22 years infect from myopia vision left eye 9.5 & right eye 7 ..:-) sir what is the best solution to remove Google's because it's so highly points & too heavy

there is no medical treatment or exercise. you will have to get the lasik done and that too will depend on the thickness of cornea.or you will have to get the icl done.

I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses
Lasik is a very good option for this
