ESWL IS an option for the lower pole stone. But in view of multiple stones there are chances of repeat occurance of stone and enlargement of the present stones. Since the stone is in the lower pole chance of clearance is an issue. You may have to sleep on your abdomen and/or on the same side for a better clearance of the stone after ESWL.
