I have headaches that come and go. Am not on any medication. Not sure why they occur. I don't have any stress related issues

hello.. headache may be related to work load..stress..cold nd sinus related problem..eye sight issues...lack of sleep..not having food on time...dehydration...kindly consult a physician...
