1. Start modifying lifestyle, sleep on time 10:30 p.m. , wake up by 6 am and exercise 45 min everyday (running swimming cycling etc) and most importantly eat a HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET . Also, understand that hair fall doesn't mean you will get results only after treatment from a dermatologist. You have to help the dermatologist help you.. so start treatment and ALONG with it START MODIFYING LIFESTYLE. 2. The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist.
