I have got black scars on necm

I was previously diagnosed with insulin resistance had got symptoms of black scars on the back of my neck ... I am trying to reduce my weight but not able to do it and had also been diagnosed with pcod initially

The condition your suffering from is called acanthosis nigricans. You need to loose weight, have a proper healthy lifestyle and also have good healthy food. Keep in check about your sugar levels. Also would recommend to get other tests done to evaluate further. If the darkness around the neck is an issue then we can check and may be suggest treatments for the same.
