I have got a bump on penies down side a hard bump like a pimple since 10 days its painful when touched or when i pull my foreskin back it hurts it itches i dont know what can be the reason i have had unprotected sex a month or 45 to 50 days ago i am worried what might be the problem i am attaching the pics please help me
