I have gasteric ulcer
Since when I was diagnosed with stomach ulcer I went into depression and every time thinking about it...and that's why I couldn't sleep well...and gestroligest Dr told me that ulcer is normal so DNT need to worry about it...but I can't get over it...and can't sleep properly plz kindly tell me what should I do and not...plz sir prescribe me some sleep medicine in which will not interaction with my other medicine...I have taken now sucral O and pan40 tab...

Your problem is generating some additional queries. Psychosomatic problems sometimes ulcer is sometimes correlated with anxiety as well . The problems that you mentioned may not be caused my ulcer alone.

Hello What you are experiencing is called Body related anxiety. Constant worrying that you will get the ulcers again perhaps? I have experienced the pain of stomach ulcer myself, It is excruciating, and it took a long time to recover. Such an experience leaves you very cautious. However , we need to understand thst it is a condition that is curable. Include one routine from your ulcers days which is healthy for you. For example, eating curd , reducing spices in your food etc can satisfy your anxiety,becuase you are doing something to prevent the situation from worsening.

Gastric ulcer often lead to anxiety and depression and vice Versa is also true. Overthinking, negative thinking leads to anxiety, depression and decreased sleep. The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is very useful. I had treated many similar cases. I suggest you to take CBT with me
