Hello sir, Fluorosis is mainly caused if more then 1ppm of fluoride is available to the body. If mild fluorosis is there then bleaching can be done. If moderate to severe fluorosis then veneers has to be done. For crowding, Orthodontic treatment can be done . It will take one to one n half year.
Next Steps
visit a dentist.

Hi. There is no cure for fluorosis because it has affected the tooth internally during the developmental Stages of the tooth itself. But there definitely are procedures that can mask it. Again it depends on the extent of the fluorosis. Mild fluorosis can be treated by bleaching or veneers but moderate to severe fluorosis might need a combination of bleaching procedures and veneers. If u have crowding orthodontic intervention might also be required before cosmetic correction of the teeth.
Next Steps
Do visit a dentist, so that necessary assessments can be made. Will be happy to see u in order to address this issues.
