I have fever from last 40 days
I am having fever from last 40 days, it ranges from 99 to 100 with slight headache. Fever starts in the day it's normal on wakeup. My typhidot test was positive. I have take antibiotic course of cefexime and ceftum. What should I do now. All other fever tests are normal except typhoid.

Fever for 40 days,..needs to be evaluated in detail. It's unusual of enteric fever to have fever for 40 days.
You should get blood culture and urine routine culture, Mantoux test.. complete blood count, lft and RFT..Based on your clinical history further management can be done.
