I have fear of unknkown things
I am having issue of going out and mix with other people . I am not getting proper sleep at night I sleep very late like 2 am in the morning and wake up around 10 . I don't feel fresh and confident . I wake up in between the sleep. In the morning I didn't feel fresh even after bath . I feel uncomfortable and unconfident . I don't feel relax and calm . I am getting more superstacious now . Please help me out to get rid of it .
