My right eye is weak .and im working on computers 10 hours per day and .my glasses number is left eye- 2.30 and right eye- 2.45
i have glasses but still i can not see proper so far and it feels that i can see small letters but not exctley proper ,sometimes i can see proper but sometimes i can't .

Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include
a. Headaches
b blurred vision
c. Neck pain
d redness in the eyes
e. Eye strain
f dry eyes
sometimes watery eyes
these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions.
Measures to reduce this include
1. Work under proper light.
2. Blink a lot.
3. Cold compresses
4. Use good lubricating eyedrop
There is no relation between Glasses and mobile or laptop use

Your problem is related with dryness ,you are working on smartphone ,laptop &watching TV for long time without blinking Your eyeglass power is normal less than -3 D& you are not having problems due to Glass's,you should try to have normal blinking while working on computer & should use lubricating eye drops(Refresh liquigel) 4-5 times daily on regular basis to avoid dryness which is causing blurring of vision& burning, with regards
