I have consulted to local doctor he give me Melzap 0.25 as sos and clonazepam 5 mg for night it's a right medicine to intake for anxiety . But when I take this medicine somehow my brain is in rest . And I m thinking is that this medicine will be for life time . actually I need cure doctor please advice.

Hi , with your provided information it is difficult to diagnose, it can part anxiety or part ophthalmology problem(eye) ,as you mentioned short vision which is unlikely of anxiety or of psychiatric problem.
Medication are also , not the proper , Melzap 0.5 may be ok, but clonazepam 5 mg is wrong ( may be type error 0.5) but both are same.
If treated properly after correct diagnosis ,you need not need to take life time.
Better consult good psychiatrist.

Clonazepam is not available in 5mg (it must be some other medicine or it's 0.5mg )
Either way, both the meds prescribed are not supposed to be taken in the long term.
You must be prescribed some other medicine as a regular medication. If not, discuss this with your treating doctor, who hopefully is a psychiatrist.
