I have developed thick scaly scrotum blk

Asked for Male, 50 Years

I developed red itchy scrotum and penis shaft as i was in a remote area and had to walk long distances i used tight underwear...then i used betadine lotion and cream and savlon ...the itching has gone but scrotum has turned black and a little bit thick skinned im presently using o2..please advise a cream and meds...regards
