I have dengue with platelets less 1.2 .
I have dengue ns and taking treatment for it as my platelets are very low and WBC also less from 04 days .for this medication I am taking.But from yesterday I am not getting sleep how much ever I try I feel some fear and anxiety type near my chest and headache starts and once I open my eyes everything is ok. So I am not able to close my eyes at all.why this is happening stress or mind is controlling me.

It's happen in case of dengue. Follow your doctor's advice and maintain proper hydration.

Drink plenty of fluids ORS nimbu pani coconut water 3-4 litres per day
Eat small simple home meal
Take tab Dolo 650 4 times a day after food
Tab Alprazolam 0.50 mg 1 tab at 7-8 pm for 3 days
