Consult with your gynaecologist .you can chew 2 3 black papper two or three time a day.first two time it will irritate you then you get relife from cough .
For medicine consult with your gynaecologist .do not try ayurvedic medicine in pregnancy. Because ayurvedic medicine have garm tasir in nature which can harm your pregnancy.
:- avoid rice, curd ,milk for few days

Always better to take individual consultation during pregnancy we need to access many factors
But if u r not diabetic u can use taleesapatradi choornam, Vyoshadi vatakam , Vasarishtam etc
Next Steps
Also do cupping, steam inhalation, gargling ( for ur throat) , drink hot water with njavara leaves , tulsi leaves .
