Sir / Madam I am 25 years old I have a constant pain in both leg back side (calf) feeling numbness in legs. Please suggest me home remedy home treatment not medecine.

Kindly get your vit b12 and vit d checked. Also please provide with more details if you are able to move around any back pain or any other symptom
