When did you stop.After stopping you should wait for minimum 7 days or maximum by 10-15 days.Dinot start another pack and discuss with doctor and take her opinion and suggestion.

If you are using unwanted 21 continuously then obviously your periods will not come if you take it on the same time... once you finish both the parks and stop your period should start in another 7 to 10 days time
