U can take tab citrizine or any anticold at night, provided there is not any urgent work next day,  as this may cause light drowsiness. Continue steam with warm drinking water. Most imp is to avoid exposure in cold. If u have any other sypmtomes like fever, breathlessness, cough, bodyache,  weakness, then u shold consult Dr.
