I have cavities in tooth
I have this large cavity and it's situated Inbtw my molars . Food gets stuck in it...I also get pain on and off ..What do I do ..What wud be the mode of treatment that I have to undergo

Hi. It's probably because of the decay in between two teeth... That you are experiencing pain and food lodgement in the particular area

please get it checked at dental clinic. they will take an X-ray to see the extent or depth of the decay.. basically to see if the tooth pulp is involved or not. if not.. probably a filling would do but in case of pulp involvement that is a deep decay and continuous pain.. u might have to undergo root canal treatment followed by a cap. sometimes if the decay is too bad with continuous pus discharge .. there might be chances that even r. c. t might not help.. an extraction followed by restoration of missing tooth would be the choice of treatment.so depending on your case.. the dentist will take a favourable decision
