I have been feeling anxious lately
Its all a weird feeling I have no idea what is it I have sleepless nights and there are times when i just dont feel like getting up. I feel like nobody listens to me I feel lonely I feel suffocation after staying for a longer time omewhere its all weird.

Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite tough for you. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand what it is happening. Sleep disturbance, lack of interest, feeling low and miserable without any reason can happen in mental health problems like depression. From whatever little you've told here, it does seem that there is some problem. Feeling low and sleep problems do indicate that. This certainly needs further evaluation.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life Sleep can be disturbed due many factors, certain negative events can be contributing to your symptoms . You should try and follow a better sleep hygiene which can include - limiting your screen time at night , taking a warm shower before bed , avoid eating heavy meals or caffeine at night , try and practice deep breathing and meditation for better sleep.  Try and talk to close family members and friends.  It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy.  You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance .

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Definitely something is bothering you and it has affected you thoughts and mood also..  this usually lead to alter our biological functions. If you can share you issues with a close friend or Psychiatrist or psychologist then it will help you. Definitely you will over come it. If you need a pill for few days also don't hesitate.
