I have acidity problem since 2 months
I have done all the tests Blood tests, ultrasound, endoscopy etc. Revealed that i have grade 1 fatty liver and i have mild gastric. In my endoscopy report it says small hiatus hernia. I am taking nexa pro rd400 from 5 days and before that i have used pantacid L and pantacid for 20 days simultaneously. I have vitamin b12 deficiency also for that i am taking injections. Last night I started getting heartburn and gas problem . From 2 months i have used these medicines and yet the issue is not resolved. I have been maintaining proper diet as well. I had upper right abdomen pain for 45 days, but after using nexa pro rd400 it has reduced a bit. But now i have discomfort all over and i have pukish sensation and had vomiting also in the morning. I feel very very sick in the morning everyday . Please suggest what do i do.

Hello....I need a little more detail about your condition , like are you constipated, or having loose stools ,or having bloody stools, or dark coloured stools. Was urea breath test done for you??? You should try taking Nexa pro rd empty stomach. U can take zofer 4mg for vomiting as needed. For abdominal pain u can take buscopan. And if u get constipated very often then u can take 20ml duphalac syrup at bedtime...but if your problem persists then kindly consult a Gastroenterologist.
