I have a wart on my left thumb which is there from 7 months. I had ignored it, I don't experience any pain not even if I prick it.

How do you know its wart. If you are sure its wart use any keratolytics once daily, after few weeks it will go. Don't prick it too much. Its a viral infection so it cam gradually increase to other parts so better go for treatment as early as possible. Its not serious but treat early
