I have a very severe headache for a few
I had some tension a few days ago, now I feel my head is heavy, I have a very severe headache, something is going on in the head, it becomes almost numb, and I cannot read much. please help

Headache could mean anything depending on the type and place and the duration of the headache...kindly consult a physician to rule out any other medical causes apart from stress and if other things are fine, then consult a psychiatrist for the same...but don't neglect your problem
