I have a swollen under eyelid
My eyelid has been swollen for a whole day now and it hurts to touch or when I simply blink

Your symptoms are suggestive of lid infection
Try
A.warm Compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
