I have a sinus please help
I have a sinus from 5 years .. and i am suffering from cold and allegies and i have a pain in throught in morning and hard cough ...and nose blockage.. i feel very hard to breath.. and i am using otrivin nasal sapray.. for feeling better... and i have a very big problem of acidity.. and taking rebeprazole and levospride from 1 year.. i have allergy from all spicy items and feels burning sensation.. please help...

U seem to be suffering from allergic rhino sinusitis ... U need a proper examination and investigation for a better management ..  plz consult an ent specialist rather than self medicating and making things worse

U have allergic rhinosinusitis. Get CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses done. Consult ENT doctor for proper evaluation and management. Stop otrivin it can not be used for long period

Steam inhalation. Avoid spicy and oily food Take small frequent meal

You need to get thoroughly investigated with clinical examination and HRCT PNS. Also need to start nasal wash twice a day to clean the sinuses. Visit a ENT specialist near you so that you could be evaluated properly and explained everything in detail.

Tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 15 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily in both the nostrils for 15 days,Steam inhalation twice daily,Cap Rablet D 1 cap once daily empty stomach for 15 days.
