No major reason to worry. Adverse effects following COVID-19 vaccination are known and are mild. The most common side effects following COVID-19 vaccines are fatigue, a fever, headaches, body aches, chills, nausea, diarrhea, and pain at the site of injection, according to the World Health Organization. These last for a few days to a week at the most.
Next Steps
Reduce PARACETAMOL dosage to 500mg twice to thrice a day after meals. Kindly consult if additional information is needed.
