Hello, visit a dentist and get the checkup done. get an X-ray done. if there is any cavity get the filling done. if there is an infection get it treated followed by a crown.

Since there must be a cavity in the tooth ..you must be finding the problem of food lodgement.just take an iopa/x- ray to rule out the extent of the cavity.if the carious part is extended upto the nerve ,you need to go for rct of that tooth.
