I have a pain in the back of my knee.
Around two days ago, after training the parkour roll, I've experienced the pain in the back of my left knee. I haven't been doing for a long time.

Hi.. Keep applying ice over the painful area.. Gently knead the painful area.. Stretch it gently for a where frequently.. Kindly get in touch in case you need any further help in this regard
