  4. I have a lip problem. Any help please!

I have a lip problem
I wanna ask if is there any help i can get , my lips are different from others people lips I wasn't born like this and I don't know what is the problem ,I was doing grade three when they Change and now I'm at university and every body Is laughing at me ,my upper lip is doubled I don't know why . If I can get any help please
