I have a gilti in neck in right side, no pain in it, So I want to know is it a sign of tuberclosis.

Cervical lymphadenopathy if not regressed after treatment ,need to be evaluated by FNAC from the swelling and USG neck.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
