I have a back acne from two yrs.
I have lot of acne on my back, shoulder, both arms and chest from two and half yrs. I had used many lotions, taken medicine but i have no relief. I used homeopathy medicine also, but no relief.... I bath two times in a day, but .....Plz kindly help me...

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. It comes on the back and shoulder area as red boils which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintanence treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please dont apply oil on your head.
