I have 4 number specs for both eyes.
I have 4 number specs for both eyes and can only see through specs. Cannot read anything without specs for last 10-15 years. Can read when book is 6 inch near to me. Cannot see person when he is very much nearer. Am i considered under Low Vision or Handicapped?

It is better to consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
