I have 3 spots of alopecia

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have 3 spots of alopecia on my head. I tried all treatments but nothing works . Currently I'm trying onion garlic juice but it's giving me really small results and as sometimes I didn't get time to make that onion garlic juice . My barber suggested me to apply sapat lotion on that spots. Is it really work if I apply sapat lotion?
