Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis with or without allergic rhinitis. A diagnostic nasal endoscopy will help to confirm the diagnosis. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful. Avoid exposure to the allergen which might be responsible.
