Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello, I noticed that your ht is 5.3" and weight is 68 kg. I would have liked to understand more about your general lifestyle and period cycle. The 'tiny bumps on the face' seem to me like comedonal acne that often occurs in hormonal imbalance such as hyperandrogenism. And the 'hard acne with no pus' can be due to hyperprolactinaemia. In short, I think your acne has a hormonal reason. The condition usually persists unless the hormones are corrected. The good news is that with the correct diagnosis and relevant oral/ topical medication, the condition comes under control rather quickly. I hope this answers your query :) In case of any further queries please feel free to connect with me for an online consultation. Regards, Dr Niketa Sonavane Ambrosia Aesthetics Mumbai
