Hi sir I had some white  dots dots on my belly button and my thighs and also on my penis I can't knw wat happened and all and one more it's not itching no pain and all bt my skin its really awkward and especially on my penis I don't knw hin to show to my doctor please suggests me doctor and one more information always I keep my dogs on my bed in nyt time also and I attached my belly button and penis pics
