I think u take too much medicine.
U have POLYCYSTIC OVARIES
For that weight reduction is so much effective. And u plan baby than ovulation induction is treatment.

The last tab that you mentioned Tab Clome cannot be taken continuously ...Check on that.
You'll have to take the other tablets for minimum three to four months so that you can conceive
Meanwhile consult your Gynaec on a regular basis.
