I had an nightfall problem. Treamnt!

I had an nightfall problem since 2005 and then staring also having hair fall problem since 2008 but finally i visit a psychiatrist because through out life i was very under confidence and someone recommend me for consult with psychiatrist and i went to subharti in meerut they advised me to admit in hospital and i have an their patient they     were like crazy and totally abnormal and they also give me some sorotin tablets and after that i couldn,t sleep for a single minute and then suddenly i got panic attack i don't know what was actually called i got that time but still continued treatment but after that having fear of panic attack and anxiety then i changed my doctor and he helped me a lot and rectify my problem then suddenly i discontinued treatment without advise of doctor..but some i started feeling blindness during the walk and sound in ear while sleeping..but ignored and in between i also did drink after a year i again i got a panic day after having drink in mrng start treamnt
