My MRI report says that broad based posterior and foraminal disc bulges with left lateral propensity causing attenuation of left neural foramen are seen at L4/5 & L5/S1 levels and along with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy/buckling are causing thecal sac indentation and compression on bilateral existing nerve roots producing a canal diameter of 1.7cm
