Pain thigh , shortness of breath , weakness . MRI done of lumbar spine and found impression of broad based left paracentral disc herniation at L5-S1 with moderate impression on thecal sac and adjacent left side nerve root.

Hi symptoms are due to herniated disc compression on nerve roots...you will be fine once underlying cause is treated...consult nearest orthopedic surgeon or neuro surgeon they will help you Regards
