I am suffering from coughing and bad breathing i also have a stomach and a fever i dont know if it's an athma or cold !please help!!

HELLO, TABLET AUGMENTATINE 625 TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS. SYRUP VENTORLINE ONE FOURTH TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES FOLLOWED BY HALF TEASPOON FUL AT.NIGHT. IT COVERS ALL THE SYMPTOMS. O.K, BYE
