Hello Doctor, Today while having my dinner I accidentally bite the spoon due to which my front lower tooth got slightly hurt and is very lightly shaking. Will it repair itself ? Should I start consuming more minerals like calcium, Vitamin D and phosphorus. I just took one Ketorol - DT tablet. Please help.

Hello, If your tooth is shaking very lightly it will get resolved with in few weeks . The ligments which supports your tooth to bone ( periodontal ligament) might be traumatized. Mean while it will be better avoid bitting hard food substance with the affected area.
Next Steps
Even after few days if the problem still persist,  or if you experience  swelling , pus discharge or any other symptoms . It is advisable to take consultation.
Health Tips
You can consume calcium containing healthy diet to improve bone strength. It is not advisable to take any medicine without doctor's consent.
