Medicine will not solve your problem permanently. Get your tooth checked clinically and radiographically. You can visit my clinic and I will be able to help you
Hello
Your tooth may have been infected.that’s the reason why you are in a lot of pain.you must go to the dentist as early as possible and an X ray must be taken.depending on the x ray your treatment will be decided. Medications alone cannot reduce your pain.they’ll just control your pain for a few hours.
Next Steps
Untill you go to the dentist you may take ketorol DT morning and evening after food
If the pain is severe take ketorolac DT twice daily for three days
U should consult Debtist to see any infection is there.
They might prescribe u antibiotics.
Do warm water n salt gargle twice daily.
Avoid chewing any hard item from that side.
