I got chest fat and i want to reduce it
From many days I am working out in gym but no changes in my chest and I seriously want to know that is there any gel which gonna help me to reduce my chest fat by applying it on chest where skin gonna shrink and look better

No there is nobsuch gel.. u can take help of a gym trainer who can teach u appripriste exercises to loose chest fat
