I got a cut due to iron.
I got a cut due to cycling. So the iron rod led to little cut. I got bleeding and swelling. Should i get a tetanus injection or any OTC medicines.

You should get Tetanus Toxoid Injection.
You can take a painkiller like Tab.Zerodol -S twice daily for 3 days to reduce pain and swelling.
Get your wound dressed to prevent infection.
