Uterus is normal in size and position
Uterine cavity and it's contours are normal
Both fallopian tubes are normal in caliber and patency
Both tubes are pulled up
Bilateral free peritoneal spill is seen with peritubal locations
Result normal uterus and patent tubes
Bilateral peritubal adhesions
Please suggest if an problem there can Iconceive natur

You can conceive naturally but HSG cannot give a clear idea of tubal pathology. If natural conception fails you may need to undergo a diagnostic laparoscopy
