I go low, cry often
I see there is no meaning for my life and i should die. And for every lil thing i cry. I have family and relationship issue. I always feel i should die . i breakdown soon , i don't need any trigger. I don't get sleep at night . i was very bubbly fun loving girl. Now i had like dead body .

Hello hello there is something extremely sad are you a thing in your mind with you are not able to share it out with anybody is hurting you so much which is causing you depression... I would suggest you to meet a counselor for a psychiatrist in person and talk about it..Thank you

the process will definitely take time but then I would suggest you not to lose hope and not think so much negative please try to keep positive people around you and take help from your family or your best of friends

Dear Ms you are extremely disturbed, Do you feel ending the life is solution for all the problem you face. I do understand that sometime problems will be very deep, we lose out hope/confidence in ourselves handling the issue, but that is not end of everything. Very simple expl: to reach one place/ destiny we will be having different cross roads, the same way the problem also. there are different path to solve it. stay calm, be with the people whom you trust. I can understand your concern of relationship issues in family, naturally any body will break down. But stay positive, don't lose the hope there are professional who can help you to overcome this situation and handle the issues in positive way. Now also you are bubbly and sweet girl. take care.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
