I get so angry all the time
I had a fight between my parents and my boyfriend all the time. I couldn't handle it any longer. My boyfriend said that i really have an attitude problem. I yell i frown i do whatever stuff that makes me angrier more and that leads to make me cry. So on that day my boyfriend said maybe we should not talk MUNA, and thats the time i realized theres really something wrong with me. I always get angry to my 4 siblings. I think its getting worse because everyone is shutting me down and i dont know what to do. Because i'm scared to approach them really it is hard for me. I just cry. Thinking worst scenarios in life. And i dont know what to do. My stepfather scolded me and yelled me some hurtful words that i cant let go of it. So depressing that its all happening. Again :(

Hi , acknowledge ur emotional state. Behaviour of the way u have been reacting may have increased in severity but it could have been there at a lighter threshold for 5-6yrs for various reasons u know very well in ur environment. From now , own responsibility and start looking on how u can handle urself without giving any reasons about the past. Few guided supportive psychotherapy sessions would be of help . Tc. Thanks
